Murder, Sex, Fashion...these are a few of my favorite things." Jamison Gardner is no stranger to high drama.
His life would have sent many into hiding but he is living to tell stories. He has done everything from working in
a body shop to doing makeup for TV. Having survived the attack of a serial killer, Jamison went on to Hollywood
to work as a makeup artist on television shows like "American Idol." Easily bored but never boring, he made best
friends and eventual roommates with "David Brown" who ultimately tried to murder him. "David Brown was a
serial killer but I honestly think Clay Aiken was scarier," says Jamison, who has just finished his first novel,
Eight High In Heels, a fictional story about a transsexual prostitute who becomes a burlesque dancer all while
hiding from a...you guessed it...serial killer. "People read my book and say..."Oooh, that was exciting! But there's
always that one irritating person chirping, 'How could anybody suffer all of these things and still function?'
I usually think to myself, if you only knew baby...you'd shut your fucking mouth."
